ByHeart was launching into an infant formula category dominated by clinical, pastel, mother-knows-best advertising. ByHeart wanted content that felt like real comedic storytelling, not something that felt like a commercial.

We created Sh*t No One Told You, a 6-part scripted comedy series starring comedian-musician, Chris Mann, built for the brand's private community.

The series went viral and promo clips hit 6M+ views on Instagram (full series lived behind ByHeart’s paywall), giving ByHeart a cultural foothold.
